Experience: 6 months to 2 years

Qualification : MBA in HR / PGDM

Job Description:

  • Understanding the hiring requirements of hiring managers
  • Attracting candidates through various channels like hiring portals, social media and professional networks.
  • Reviewing resumes and screening candidates
  • Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates.
  • Completing the background verification of candidates
  • Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices.
  • Managing the sourcing portals.
  • Onboarding the new employees.
  • Providing induction training and policy trainings to the employees whenever needed.
  • Revising and maintaining the employee JDs.
  • Taking care of employee engagement activities like celebrating birthdays, events, work anniversaries etc.
  • Maintaining & updating Employee database.
  • Preparation of HR documents like HR letters, Forms, SOPs.
  • Assisting the HR Head in any other HR activities.
  • Maintaining up to date recruitment tracker and interview tracker.
