Position: HR – Recruiter
Experience: 6 months to 2 years
Qualification : MBA in HR / PGDM
Job Description:
- Understanding the hiring requirements of hiring managers
- Attracting candidates through various channels like hiring portals, social media and professional networks.
- Reviewing resumes and screening candidates
- Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
- Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates.
- Completing the background verification of candidates
- Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices.
- Managing the sourcing portals.
- Onboarding the new employees.
- Providing induction training and policy trainings to the employees whenever needed.
- Revising and maintaining the employee JDs.
- Taking care of employee engagement activities like celebrating birthdays, events, work anniversaries etc.
- Maintaining & updating Employee database.
- Preparation of HR documents like HR letters, Forms, SOPs.
- Assisting the HR Head in any other HR activities.
- Maintaining up to date recruitment tracker and interview tracker.
