Job Description:

• Uphold punctuality and professionalism in all aspects of instrument execution,
• aligning with project requirements,
• conduct Thermal and HVAC system validations by proper coordination,
• execution of thermal and HVAC validation activities for various systems. This
• includes performing temperature mapping, heat distribution studies, heat
• penetrators studies, thermal performance evaluations, air velocity &ACPH
• checking, filter integrity testing, NVPC monitoring, recovery test, airflow pattern
• test, VPC monitoring and qualification testing.
• Demonstrate accountability by taking ownership of company assets throughout
• the entire activity lifecycle.
• Enhance Turnaround Time (TAT) through timely reporting and execution
• initiating clear communication with clients via email to confirm activity
• commencement.
• Ensure scarless activity flow by verifying instrument selection, confirming
• asset availability, and generating report numbers with pre-verification from the
• internal team.
• Maintain precision in documentation by accurately filling annexures and
• obtaining client acknowledgment on the same day as the activity.
• Adhere to SEZ procedures for the entry and exit of data loggers, promoting
• efficiency, and compliance
• Keep the team leads informed with comprehensive updates on all activities,
• promptly communicating any project delays during initiation.
• Ensure workflow continuity by seeking prior approval for planned leaves and
• obtaining permission for any required overtime from the reporting manager.
• Collaborate with the sales team to share activity sheets promptly, facilitating
• timely billing and maximizing operational efficiency.
